Naturopathic Medicine is a distinct profession of primary health care which blends ancient knowledge of natural therapies with the art and science of disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention using natural therapies and gentle techniques to promote and sustain optimal health.
You will be invited as an active participant in optimizing your health. We will work together to discuss your situation, set goals, and to reassess your health condition.
Your first visit will be 60-90 minutes. I will take a thorough history, perform a complaint-oriented physical exam, and may recommend further laboratory testing.
Your subsequent visits will be 30-45 minutes. I will make treatment recommendations and monitor your progress, compatible with your health goals.

Naturopathic medicine is covered by most extended health care plans. Check with your extended health care plan.
